Cancellation policy
Rent a Date
is a very unique service. When other companies schedule a service, they do their best to make sure that
the service is completed at the scheduled time. Most companies, including us, do a good job making sure
that this happens. When you use our services though, we actually let you pick the
exact person who will provide
the service for you. This makes us unique and different.
Sometimes
problems occur when you do business this way.
Sometimes your scheduled
companion cannot make the Date.
Even though every procedure was followed correctly by everyone involved, your
companion may have to cancel the Date for whatever reason. In everybody's life there are situations that come up that we don't have any control
over. A death in the family, sickness, vehicle breakdown, etc. Our people are no different than the rest of
the world when it comes down to real life situations. We realize that although you may be disappointed, you are
probably more concerned about your event and the lack of a quality
companion.
So... if for any reason a
companion cancels a Date with a client,
we will offer the client the choice of any other companion available for that time. The client will be charged our
normal rates less 10%, even if this happens within 24 hours prior to the event. If
another companion is not available or acceptable for replacement, we will refund to the client all
monies paid. The client will also receive a credit good for another
Date at another time in an
amount that is equal to 50% of the amount originally paid.
On the other hand, there are times when the client has to cancel
a Date. We understand that things come up or conditions change. However, when you schedule a date with one
of our companions, that companion is no longer available for other potential clients. This is an inconvenience for the
company and a very real income loss for a companion, and a very unhappy potential client.
So, If for any reason a client cancels a Date with
a companion,
we will offer the client a 100% refund if the cancellation occurs within 3 days prior to the
Date. If the
cancellation occurs with less than a 3 days notice, a 100% credit will be given in the form of a Gift
Certificate.
If a companion arrives late to a meeting place, we will
note the late arrival time
and the client will have the choice of either a refund for the difference,
or have the Date extended for up to the same length of time.

we're always fair. We care about your needs too. We will do everything we can to work with you and cater
to your lifestyle. We realize that this is not a "cookie cutter" world and it shouldn't be treated as one. We
take your situations and concerns seriously. We will always strive to make your experience with us
pleasurable, confidential, and hassle free.
